ULTRA

Gorgeous vibrant colour, comfortable and smell amazing.
I bought Ultra for myself and blue for my son for Christmas. Unfortunately 2 issues have occurred. My Ultra pair were left outside for a couple of hours on first wear and the colour faded terribly, reached out to customer service as I wouldn’t imagine the sun would bleach them on first wear so quickly but disappointingly CS could not guarantee a refund or replacement so have kept them.
Additionally my son’s have already developed cracks after a handful of wears.
They are cute but don’t have high expectations for quality and longevity.

I loved these shoes and the colours, so much that I bought three pairs (two ultra purple, one cherry). Just recently giant dark blue spots have appeared on both the light purple pairs I bought. There were bought over 6 months apart so the 'wear and tear' explanation given by customer service doesn't really fly. They look awful now and I would only wear them around the house. Also, the cherry pair I ordered a just plain red. Will not be buying again or recommending, despite being a loyal customer before this. Definitely going to Twoobs or another competitor. Disappointed.
