I’m very happy with my purchase. I love my slides. They are very comfortable to wear. I’m am a return customer. I received my order within days. I can highly recommend the slides.

I was so excited to receive these but unfortunately, even though they seemed to fit just fine around the house, when I wore them on a short walk to the shops, the shoes had rubbed against the tops of my feet so badly that I had two cuts on my feet that were bleeding and so sore. I even sized up when I bought the shoes, so the problem wasn’t that they were too small. The front of the shoes also got scuffed, damaging them from just the 20 min walk. I contacted the Freedom Moses team straight away to let them know and they were apathetic and said they wouldn’t do anything about it. Super disappointed in the customer service and the Lucy shoes themselves. Definitely won’t be buying again and don’t recommend them. Honestly if you want comfy shoes, buy Tevas - they’re actually comfy and I have never gotten a single cut or blister from them, unlike these Lucy shoes.
